The Squiggly Way

Fred Purdue CFO of Pitney Bowes US captured it perfectly when he said:

“When you turn over rocks and look at all the 'Squiggly Thing's underneath, you can either put the rock down, and hope they will go away or you can say ‘My job is to turn over rocks and look at the 'Squiggly Thing's,’ even if what you see scares the hell out of you.”

Right now you are probably asking yourself the question:

“What has Squiggly got to do with Training?”
